WHAT IS SELF-KNOWLEDGE?
know oneself is to realize the inner values \u200b\u200bthat have developed throughout life. We know each other gradually as we learn to observe the psychological reactions that appear spontaneously in relation to people, events, places, objects, etc. Developing
receptive attention can discover in our behavior: complex, excess, acts of immaturity, constraints etc. That affect our lives and that of others causing contradiction, conflict and suffering.
The discovery of these traits allows us to establish the starting point for interior work on themselves.
inner work is to be willing to refine progressively the particular attributes that are revealed to our consciousness as we get to know. During
conference explains all policies and procedures to deepen this knowledge and to implement it gradually in different areas of life.
